Express Entry Points Calculator
Express Entry program is a point based program working on Comprehensive Ranking System(CRS) which takes in various factors to calculate your rank depending on the points you have collected. These points are awarded on various eligibility criteria of Express Entry Program. Comprehensive Ranking System(CRS) ranks candidates for express entry applying for permanent visa under the following components:
- Human core capital factors.
- Spouse or common-law factors.
- Skills Transferability factors
- Additional Factors(relating to PNP’s, a qualifying offer of arranged employment, Canada study experience, a sibling in Canada, and/or French language ability).
Now, there are total of 1200 points available under Comprehensive Ranking System(CRS).
For candidates having spouse or common-law partner, there are:
- 460 points – Core Human Capital Factors
- 40 points – Capital Factors Of Spouse Or Common-Law Partner
- 100 points – Skill Transferability Factors
- 600 points – Additional Factors(PNP’s, a qualifying offer of arranged employment, Canada study experience, a sibling in Canada, and/or French language ability)

If candidates are not able to meet the minimum number of points required, they should not lose hope as they can be invited in the next draw or the next invitation round. In the meantime, they can work on upon improving their Expres Profile in order to get better rankings. Also they can also apply for PNP i.e Provincial Nominee Programme.

What are the minimum points required to be qualified to submit Canada PR Visa?
The minimum CRS points required to be able to get Invitation to Apply(ITA) varies from one application to another. During the last round of draw(22nd of August 2018) the minimum score stands at 440 CRS points.
