This year, Canada has now released 92,350 ITAs, outperforming targets.
On November 18, 2020, Canada held the largest Express Entry draw to date.
In this draw, a total of 5,000 invitations were given, taking immigration candidates one step closer to permanent Canadian residency.
A Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of at least 472 was required for candidates to obtain an invitation to this round.
A score based on the CRS is given to candidates in those programmes, as well as some Provincial Nominee Programs (PNPs). Points are awarded in English or French based on a candidate’s human capital factors such as education, age and and language skill, job experience.
For this draw, candidates who had a CRS score of 472 or more had to apply their Express Entry profile to obtain an invitation before October 27 at 06:18:11 UTC.
The latest drawing takes to 92,350 the total number of ITAs published in 2020.
